These Terms govern use of the Defesa Talent website. By using the website you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms.

Information on the website is provided for general information about Defesa Talent, workforce capability pathways, technical development, training and certification pathways, industry engagement, university engagement, potential industry experience and related services. Program structures, availability, eligibility requirements and opportunities may change.

Nothing on the website guarantees admission to a Defesa Talent pathway, acceptance of an application, training availability, certification, successful certification assessment, industry placement, employment, security clearance or security vetting, site access, participation in a Defence or Australian Government program, future engagement as a Training & Certification Partner, or acceptance of a university or industry partnership enquiry. Progression may depend on eligibility, successful completion of applicable requirements, host requirements, provider requirements and opportunity availability.

Where third-party training or certification is involved, it may be delivered through appropriately authorised or relevant Training & Certification Partners or providers. Defesa Talent does not represent that it independently issues third-party certifications unless expressly stated and appropriately authorised.

Industry experience and placement opportunities are subject to participant eligibility, host requirements and availability. Participation does not guarantee employment. A host organisation is not obligated to employ a participant after an industry experience or placement.

Defesa Talent's Defence Workplace Readiness preparation does not provide or replace Australian Government security clearance, security vetting, employer-specific security requirements, site access authorisation or program-specific eligibility requirements.

Submitting an application, enquiry or expression of interest does not automatically create an employment relationship, partnership, training contract, procurement arrangement, placement, commercial engagement or other binding agreement. Formal arrangements may require separate agreements.

Users should provide accurate and non-misleading information. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Unless otherwise indicated, Defesa Talent website content, branding, written material and other website material are owned by or licensed to Defesa Talent Pty Ltd. Defesa Talent does not claim ownership over third-party trademarks, standards or materials.

References to third-party organisations, standards, certifications or external links do not automatically imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated. This is particularly important for references such as IPC/WHMA-A-620.

Defesa Talent aims to maintain accurate and useful information but does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that all information will always be error-free or current.
