Defesa Talent's initial specialist technical pathway focuses on IPC/WHMA-A-620, supporting cable and wire harness assembly capability relevant to defence, aerospace and advanced-manufacturing environments.
As the Defesa Talent network develops, additional specialist training and certification pathways may be introduced in response to participant and Defence & Industry Partner capability requirements.
Where certification requires an authorised training provider, it is delivered through that authorised pathway/provider. Defesa Talent coordinates pathways and does not itself issue IPC or similar third-party industry certifications.
